Last Friday marked the end of an era for Novo Nordisk CFO Jesper Brandgaard as he stepped down from his position to pursue a non-executive career after serving the global healthcare giant for 20 years. On the way to his farewell reception, Jesper stopped by our Copenhagen offices in Ryesgade to give a speech about career, leadership and value creation. Truly generous, and truly inspirational.
