“What surprised me the most about QVARTZ is the flat organisational structure. As a junior consultant, you can talk directly to a founding partner instead of having to go through 12 different layers because you’re not important enough. QVARTZ’ whole culture surrounding employees is really appealing to me compared to what you usually hear about the world of consulting”, says Caroline, an MSc student in Economics at University of Copenhagen.
