At the heart of tomorrow’s business

What is the status of human work today, and how will we do business in the future? This was the theme of the CEFA Day 2017 panel debate, in which QVARTZ Partner Christian Sparrevohn participated, together with representatives from Novo Nordisk, A.T. Kearney, EY and Finansforbundet. The student organisation CEFA hosted the event, and more than 200 students had found their way to the auditorium at Copenhagen Business School. Representing the heart of tomorrow’s business, the students wanted to know what the job market will look like in the future and which professional competences and personal qualities employers will be looking for when recruiting new talent.
