In the spring of 2013, the traditional three-step interview model was superseded by a new Recruitment Camp in Copenhagen. The event turned out to be a great success and we therefore chose to run camps in both Copenhagen and Stockholm during this autumn, and we are proud that so many talented students wished to join us.
The three two-day Recruitment Camps took place during October and November, in the office and around town in Copenhagen and Stockholm. Common to the camps was an aim to offer the students a combination of case interviews, personal development opportunities as well as group exercises on business dilemmas – to give them a chance to gain new insights and for us to get a more holistic idea of who they are, and how they interact with others.
“Once again – both in Sweden and in Denmark – we are very pleased with having received so many top motivated and qualified applications. So far, I have participated in all the camps we have conducted, and I must say that the applicants keep impressing me – across the countries as well. These are ambitious and talented young people who are eager to learn from each other, develop themselves and invest in relations”, says Dorte Brehmer, Head of People at QVARTZ.
The next deadline for submitting an application for a position at the Copenhagen and Stockholm office is in the beginning of 2014. Applications for the Oslo office are accepted all year round.
