Maersk Line moves the borders of Change Management

For three years, QVARTZ has helped Maersk Line with one of the biggest change management projects in Danish history

The work included a massive transformation of an operational focused global sales organisation with more than 4000 employees across 126 countries.

The story was brought in Børsen Executive August 22, 2008 at page 49-51 under the title “Mærsk Line satser på ny salgskultur”.

Søren Stig Nielsen, Head of Sales for Maersk Line lead the project through the 3 years along with our consultant, Michael Laursen, QVARTZ .
