New recruitment process in Oslo

QVARTZ is looking for talented graduates to join our Oslo office. Selected applicants will be invited to an intensive two-day recruitment camp, with an introduction to QVARTZ, case interviews, personal development opportunities and group exercises based on real business dilemmas.

The recruitment camp allows us to get to know our potential new colleague. It also gives us a better opportunity to test both problem-solving and numerical skills, as well as personality and interpersonal skills, which are all important elements in consulting. Moreover, we will give the students a chance to learn who we are and how we work. We hope to give them a great experience, an opportunity to learn more about themselves and provide them with some concrete tools that can be used in their career, whether at QVARTZ or elsewhere.

The application deadline is September 25.
