Yet another QVARTZ consultant joins Berlingske’s Talent 100 club.
Each year, Berlingske chooses 100 young talents under the age of 35 from a number of different business functions – one of them being consulting. The talents are selected on the basis of an evaluation of their professional and leadership competences, results achieved and recommendations from employees, managers and clients. We are proud to have Lars-Morten Andersen on the list in 2014.
Lars-Morten was hired in 2007 as a Junior Consultant at QVARTZ. Now, he is head of a team of 15 Junior Consultants currently working at QVARTZ. “Lars-Morten delivers consistent top performance – both when it comes to understanding our clients’ challenges as well as the content, form and value creation of the solutions. Therefore, he is one of our most sought-after consultants,” says Managing Partner Hans Henrik Beck and emphasises that Lars-Morten has a unique ability to connect with all people regardless of age or position. This is also one of the aspects of his job which Lars-Morten enjoys the most, “It gives me great satisfaction not only to help the clients with their business problems, but also to establish a good co-operation with the client team. This is often what creates the best results and the foundation for long-lasting relationships.”
In 2011 and 2013, Jens Friis Møller and Sophia Klages, both senior consultants in QVARTZ, have been on the list. Congratulations to Lars-Morten and the other new members of the Talent 100 ranks.
