We are experiencing rapid growth and are currently looking for new Managers to join our team in Hamburg.
As a Manager, you spend most of your time at the client site, collaborating closely with key stakeholders, facilitating solid problem solving and anchoring pragmatic and insightful recommendations. Furthermore, our Managers are responsible for the daily management of their project teams, ensuring high quality in project deliveries. An equally important task is to provide team members with continuous feedback supporting their professional development. In BÜLOW & QVARTZ, we also expect our Managers to show strong followership within our civilisation, creating learning opportunities for others, and to play an active part in building our company.
You hold a master’s degree, and have preferably spent 3-5 years with a leading consultancy. Ideally, you have experience within sectors such as energy, industry, healthcare or insurance. We expect you to be energetic, dedicated and passionate about leading others. Moreover, we would like you to:
- Have a proven track record of successfully driving projects
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a steep learning curve
- Be a strong team player focused on bringing the best out of your of team members
- Possess excellent skills within communication and stakeholder management
- Be able to communicate fluently in German and English
