Manager for our sustainability practice in Copenhagen

As a Manager at QVARTZ, you spend most of your time with clients, making them succeed by collaborating closely with key stakeholders, facilitating solid problem solving and anchoring pragmatic and insightful recommendations. Furthermore, our Managers are responsible for the daily management of project teams, ensuring high quality deliveries. An equally important task is to provide team members with continuous feedback supporting their professional development. We expect QVARTZ Managers to develop strong followership within our civilization, creating opportunities for others to shine. Furthermore we expect Managers to play an active part in building our company.

You
You hold a master's degree (or higher) and have ~5 years of experience from top tier consulting. You have experience in sustainability, ideally with expertise in one or more of the following topics: climate change mitigation and adaptation, clean energy, waste and water management, sustainable materials, circular business models, packaging innovation, regenerative agriculture, mobility of the future, equal opportunities, new healthcare solutions – as well as experience with LCA calculations, ESG DDs and sustainable procurement. We expect you to be energetic, dedicated and passionate about leading others. Moreover, we would like you to

  • Have very strong analytical skills
  • Have a proven track record of successfully driving projects

  • Be a strong team player focused on bringing the best out of your of team members
  • Possess excellent skills within communication and stakeholder management
  • Be able to share some impressive achievements to date
