Close relations through projects, books and bikes
Before joining QVARTZ as a Junior Consultant, Vilhelm was not entirely convinced whether consultancy was right for him. But after grappling with a few projects and a year at Harvard Kennedy School, Vilhelm became a full-time Consultant in early 2018. "I like being a part of a highly ambitious and fast-growing company with Scandinavian roots." Whether working on projects in Brazil or Western Jutland, Vilhelm values the feeling of genuine interest from his colleagues. "Even though we work in a competitive environment, senior colleagues truly care about getting to know you on a personal level." With a keen interest in literature, Vilhelm has bonded with colleagues through inspiring conversations about great pieces of writing. Cycling is another passion that Vilhelm has interweaved into his professional relations. As co-leader of the QVARTZ Cycling Club, Vilhelm enjoys racing the roads with his colleagues. On their last yearly trip to the Alps, he won the title of "grimpeur" – aka. king of the mountains – but says "the yellow jersey is still a long shot."
